StudyKosh App End User License Agreement You must read this carefully before installing this application. This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and StudyKosh and governs use of this app made available to you. By installing the StudyKosh App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the StudyKosh. StudyKosh provides access to its proprietary contents and you must take all necessary steps to not disclose the contents of this app to any third person or use it other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 1. StudyKosh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the StudyKosh App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the StudyKosh App on devices that you own or control 2. You must install and use StudyKosh only on number on devices for which you have bought the licenses. You must not share the content or do any kind of commercial activity by sharing the content to third person. 3. You must not screen record the content or take videos of the same for any purpose including upload/share on any websites/social media or sharing with third person. 4. You must not share the device on which this app is installed to any other third person for them to use it 5. You must not try to modify, change, remove, and reverse engineer the course content or its security for any purpose including copying the content or extending the duration of course content validity. 6. You must use the app only for the time duration for which you have bought the license and uninstall it post that. 7. All the content as part of StudyKosh is proprietary and you must not make any attempts towards piracy as it is offence under Indian Law. 8. Your access to the StudyKosh App may be terminated without warning if StudyKosh believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms & conditions of the agreement 9. StudyKosh can take appropriate actions in case it finds that you have tried to pirate the content and cause commercial loss to StudyKosh by some means. 10. StudyKosh will in no way be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence) which may be directly or indirectly suffered in connection with any use of this app. 11. StudyKosh course content has been useful for people however StudyKosh does not take any guarantee in any manner for your success. 12. StudyKosh may collect and use information about your usage of the StudyKosh App, including certain types of information from and about your device. StudyKosh may use this information, as to measure the use and performance of the StudyKosh App as well to maintain the record of their end customers. StudyKosh does provide minimal maintenance or support for you to be able to use the course content. But not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, StudyKosh shall be obligated to furnish any such maintenance or support.
