By installing Febooti Automation Workshop (SOFTWARE PRODUCT), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed as try before you buy. You may use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT during a test period of 15 days. After the test period, further use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT requires the purchase of a license or subscription. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed freely in its original unmodified and unregistered form. The distribution has to include all files of its original distribution. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is proprietary to Febooti, Ltd. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSING The term "Computer" as used herein shall mean the Hardware and / or Software which provides a separate workspace, or a separate server. Many virtual machines running on a single Hardware are considered to be multiple Computers. Virtual machines with redundant run-time copy such as Fault Tolerance, and backup copies that are passive (does not execute) and are not running, are considered as one Computer. 2.1. PERPETUAL LICENSING Home+ license is a personal use license - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used on a single computer for non-profit purposes. Personal use licenses can be purchased by either home users or accredited educational institutions. Business Premium license is a commercial license - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used in a commercial environment or any other environment on a number of computers specified by license type. Commercial license is provided for all kinds of companies, government institutions and other entities not entitled for personal use license. Types of Commercial licenses: - Single license - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed and / or used only on one computer. - Volume licenses - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed and / or used on, at most, the number of computers (belonging to a single company) specified by the License. - Site license - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed and / or used on any / all computers located at a company site and within 62 mile (100 kilometer) radius around it. - Testing & development license - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be additionally installed and / or used on number of computers specified by the Commercial license (Single license or Volume license) multiplied by 2, only for testing, developing, prototyping Tasks, and demonstrating SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and not for any other purpose. This license can not be used for production data processing or for any commercial or production purposes. Home+ or Personal use license does not include the Testing & development license. Updates - minor updates of SOFTWARE PRODUCT are free of charge, and you can upgrade to the latest minor version at any time. Obtained license of previous versions of SOFTWARE PRODUCT allows users to upgrade to the new major version at 50% of the regular price. Upgrade Assurance - if purchased, provides 100% free of charge software upgrades for latest minor and major versions for purchased period of time. All commercial licenses come with a free Upgrade Assurance period of 30 days, in which you are allowed to upgrade to the next major version free of charge. The claim for the Upgrade Assurance must be issued to support email within 30 days of purchase or within purchased period of time. 2.2. SUBSCRIPTION LICENSING TERMS Automation Workshop Home Subscription and Automation Workshop Home+ Subscription - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used on a single computer for non-profit purposes. Home and Home+ subscriptions can be purchased home users. Automation Workshop Business Basic Subscription, Automation Workshop Business Standard Subscription, and Automation Workshop Business Premium Subscription are commercial licenses - the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used in a commercial environment or any other environment on a number of computers specified by license count. Business subscriptions are provided for all kinds of companies, government institutions and other entities not entitled for personal use license. Your right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is limited to the subscription period. You may have the option to extend your subscription. If you extend your subscription, you may continue using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT until the end of your extended subscription period. See the order emails or other accompanying materials for subscription details. After the expiration of your subscription, most features of the service and software will stop running. During subscription period and extended subscription period you are allowed to upgrade to the next major versions free of charge. 2.3. SOFTWARE PRODUCT ACTIVATION Activation associates the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with a specific device. Activation is required for each device to which a software license is assigned. During activation, the software will automatically contact Febooti, Ltd servers to confirm that the license is associated with that device. If you have not entered a product key during the time permitted for initial activation, most features of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will stop running. If the licensing or activation functions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are found to be counterfeit or improperly licensed, activation will fail. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT will notify you if the installed copy of the software is improperly licensed. Automation Workshop Business Premium Subscription does not require the activation and internet connection. 3. RESTRICTIONS Except as authorized by written permission, you may not: - copy, clone, modify, decompile, disassemble and otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; - directly or indirectly sell, lease, rent, license, sublicense, redistribute, lend, give, transfer or otherwise distribute or use the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any subset of the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT; - remove any product identification, copyright or labels from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
