1. Acceptance of the Term of Use By registering for our services on CrystalSound, you agree to follow this “Terms of Use” document, which explains how you can use our service packages. You also confirm that you have read and understood it. 2. Change of The Term of Use We may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. The changes will apply as soon as we post them. You agree to the changes by continuing to use CrystalSound. You should check this page regularly to see if there are any changes. We may also email you about the changes if we have your email address. 3. License Grant For the duration of your subscription, the Company lets you: (a) download, install, register, use, and access CrystalSound and/or the Site for your own or business use on your computer; and (b) use the services in or through CrystalSound, according to these Terms and CrystalSound’s documentation. You can only use CrystalSound on one computer and you cannot share or transfer it to anyone else. CrystalSound is delivered electronically and you can give single-user copies of CrystalSound to your Authorized Users and End Users, if applicable, under these Terms. You are responsible for making sure that your Authorized Users or End Users, if applicable, accept and follow these Terms. The Company is not liable for any violations of these Terms by your Authorized Users or End Users. 4. Prohibited Activities You are not allowed to do any of the following while using our application: Reverse engineer or copy our application without our written permission. Use our technology for illegal or harmful purposes, such as hacking, phishing, or identity theft. Interfere with or disrupt our application, servers, or networks. Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. We may terminate your use of our application immediately if we find out you are doing any of these things. 5. Updates We may change or improve CrystalSound and/or the Site from time to time at our discretion. These changes may include updates, bug fixes, patches, error corrections, and new features (collectively, “Updates”). Updates may also change or remove some content, features, and functionality. You agree that we are not obligated to provide any Updates or to keep any content, features, or functionality. You also agree that we do not guarantee that we will support the version of CrystalSound that you have. Updates may not work with software or services from third parties. Depending on your Device settings, when your Device is connected to the internet: (a) CrystalSound will automatically download and install all available Updates; or (b) you may get a notice or a prompt to download and install available Updates. We also reserve the right to change the content, features, functionality, status, settings, condition, and other aspects of CrystalSound for any user at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may stop supporting older versions of CrystalSound at some point. We will let you know before this happens, and we encourage you to update to the latest version of CrystalSound. If we stop supporting a version of CrystalSound, we may stop providing maintenance, Updates, and technical support for that version, and we will not be responsible for any problems that may arise from your continued use of that version. By using an unsupported version of CrystalSound after we notify you, you accept the risks of using an outdated version of CrystalSound. 6. CrystalSound account & password You can log in and access the Services with your registered account. We are not responsible for any issues with account recovery if you give us false information. To log in to our application, you can use your Google account, Microsoft account, or email address. If you use your Google or Microsoft account, you will need to enter your email address and password. If you don’t have a Google or Microsoft account, you can still use our application by entering your email address and requesting a login link. To request a login link, just enter your email address on the login page. We will send a unique login link to your email address. To access your account, just click on the link in the email. By using our application, you agree to the privacy policies of Google, Microsoft, or other third parties, which you can review on their websites. We do not control these policies and terms, and we suggest that you read them carefully before using our application. 7. Purchase & Payment Purchase: You can choose your subscription plan level for CrystalSound. For an enterprise license, please contact us or our Authorized Reseller. Payment Period: You can pay for CrystalSound in different periods. For more details, please see the CrystalSound pricing page. If you buy CrystalSound from Authorized Resellers, your payment period depends on your agreement with them. All fees are paid to CrystalSound or its authorized reseller. Our authorized resellers or third-party payment provider will bill you in advance for each subscription term and any extra in-app purchases. Enterprise billing will follow your agreement with us or our authorized reseller. Payment Method: You can use different payment methods to buy CrystalSound from any country. We do not keep your payment information. Service Termination: You can stop using the Services at any time, but you can still use them until the end of the last paid period. We will not refund any unused services. If you buy CrystalSound from Authorized Resellers, service termination depends on your agreement with them. Cancellation: Your subscription to CrystalSound will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your account. If you do not cancel, you will be charged fees and taxes and they are not refundable. Non-Refund Policy: We will not refund the service fee if you do not use the service or use it until the end of the period after payment. Changes to Package Fees: We may change the packages and fees over time. However, any change will only affect the next period, and we will notify you beforehand. 8. Service quality of CrystalSound The service quality may change over time and vary between devices. This can depend on many factors, such as computer capacity, user location, bandwidth, internet speed, and hardware devices. 9. Disclaimer of warranties You agree to these terms by using our services: You are responsible for protecting your devices and data from viruses and other harms. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of our services. You use our services at your own risk. We provide our services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee anything about our services, including their content, features, items, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your needs, work with other software or systems, or be error-free. We do not store your content, account information, or personal settings. Some jurisdictions may not allow some of these exclusions and limitations. They may not apply to you. Do not use our services if you do not agree to these limitations of warranties. 10. Intellectual Property Rights We (Nami Technology JSC) and our licensors own CrystalSound, the Site, and everything in them (including information, software, text, images, video, audio, design, user accounts, virtual goods or currency, and other content). They are protected by Vietnam, Japan and international laws. You agree that you have no rights to any content in CrystalSound and the Site. 11. Trademarks We and our affiliates and licensors own the Company’s name, CrystalSound’s names and icons, logos, and slogans. You cannot use them without our written permission. Other names, logos, and slogans on CrystalSound belong to their owners. We respect their rights.
