VESEY APPLICATION LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION This Vesey Application License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of this application (Vennet) ("Licensor") for the use of the Vesey application ("Application"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1. LICENSE GRANT Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes on a single device, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 2. RESTRICTIONS You may not: • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Application without approval of the Licensor. • Use the Application for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by applicable law. • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application. • Share, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Application to any third party. • Violate the terms delineated in agreements, privacy policies, and any other legally binding compacts entered into with third-party service providers. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Licensor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 4. The Licensor assumes NO legal responsibility for the manner in which these third-party entities handle and store user data. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY The Application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. 7. TERMINATION This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. By installing or using the Vesey application, you agree to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
