The software within this agreement includes the meaning of all files which are developed by installing the SPRG Studio and its related data. The SapphireSoft may grant the non-exclusive right to use for the software if the user agreed with the whole contents of this agreement. Article 1 License agreement of the right of use 1. If the user agrees to comply with this agreement, the SapphireSoft will grant non-exclusive right of use of the software to the user. Article 2 Author's copyright etc. 1. The author's copyright, trademark and patent and any other intellectual property rights related to the software belong to SapphireSoft exclusively. 2. The user can create project files (.srpgs file) and data files (.dts file) by using this software. The user can release, rent, and/or sell these folders including the project files (.srpgs file) and the data files (.dts file) as a game which the user created. 3. The user can include files inside the Script folder of this product, runtime files (runtime.rts) and game files (game.exe), only to release, rent and/or sell the games which are created by the user. However, the right of these files complies with No.1 of Article 2 in this agreement. Article 3 Prohibited matter The user cannot behave in the following ways: 1. Obtaining this software illegally and installing it. 2. Duplicating the software. 3. Releasing, lending and selling the software. 4. Re-creating the software (such as reverse engineering, decompiling and disassembling etc.). 5. Developing illegal games by using the software.
