You sure need to run the GUI setup or effective command as Admin.
You can specific your favourite name of the being installed command, the default is "dlt".
After installation, type "dlt fileA" in cmd to delete fileA and type "dlt -r dirA" to delete the directory dirA.
And this app not affect your console appearence.
