The app WebWeaver® allows members of a WebWeaver® platform to use the Messenger, their personal Mailbox, the File Management, and Messages feature on Windows 10 & 11. Login credentials (username and password) known from the platform are required to log in to the app.
Messenger:
Send, receive and forward text messages, photos, any files and voice messages to contacts, classes, courses or groups. Download received files or save them directly to a file storage on the platform. Add and remove members of the platform from the personal messenger. Receive Windows notifications of new messages when the app is running in the background.
E-mails:
Read e-mails in your personal mailbox, write emails, address e-mails via personal messenger contacts, member lists and address books, manage emails, create and manage folders in your mailbox.
Files:
Manage folders and files: Upload, download, copy, move, sort, rename, edit descriptions, delete. Send files directly via messenger to contacts, classes, courses or groups. Use multi-column or single-column folder view. Add folders to a favorites view. Edit downloaded files and optionally have them automatically uploaded back to the platform as new file versions. View and adjust access rights for folders (file download only or file upload only).
Messages:
Chronological overview of all existing messages for the currently logged in account from the various workspaces of the platform. Create new messages, edit and delete existing messages. Filter all total existing messages and all messages per workspace via a search.
Quicklinks:
Create and manage direct links to other tools that are provided by the platform.
Other features:
Direct access to the platform in the default browser, optional dark mode, direct switching between multiple accounts saved in the app (on personal devices), customize the order of tabs in the menu.
